This easy-growing, medium-late variety is equipped with superb genetic resistance to all common clubroot races. Ready for harvest in November and December when little else is available on the veg plot, it is a sturdy plant with good field-standing ability producing high yields of medium green sprouts with a mild taste just at the right time for Christmas dinner! Water Brussels sprouts regularly and do not allow them to dry out as this may impair their development. Hoe between plants regularly to prevent weeds from establishing and bring insect larvae to the surface. Remove any yellowed or diseased leaves as they occur. Brussels Sprouts can be harvested from October to December but their flavour will be improved if they are left exposed to the first frosts. Culinary note: Brussels sprouts are suitable for freezing.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
