What sets 'Quick Snack' apart is its parthenocarpic nature, ensuring fruit set without the need for pollination. Enjoy seedless and non-bitter cucumbers that never abort due to lack of pollination. These sweet and crisp delights are perfect for snacking or adding to salads. Grow 'Quick Snack' on your windowsill and savour the convenience of mini-fruits right at your fingertips! Pot up young plants and grow them on until they are large enough to be transplanted. Maintain a minimum temperature of 15c (60F). Ensure that you grow Cucumber ‘Quick Snack’ in bright light and keep the compost moisture but not wet, to allow the fruit to mature.
Provide some support for your ‘Quick Snack’ cucumber to keep it upright and pinch out the plant when it reaches the top of the supports.
For best flavour, harvest the fruit when it is 1.5 to 2.5 in./4 to 6 cm long.
