Tall, cane-like stalks intricately woven into an upright central stem burst forth into a vibrant expanse of pointed foliage with striking cream and green stripes. Dracaena surculosa 'Twisted Stem' adds a vertical accent to houseplant arrangements and introduces an exotic Oriental ambience into interiors. Height and spread: 1m (39in).

Position Dracaena plants in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators, with a constant temperature above 16C (60F). For the best leaf colour, choose a bright position in good light, but away from the glare of strong sun.

Water freely to keep the roots covered with water at all time. A liquid feed can be added to the water occasionally in spring and summer. The lower leaves of Dracaena will naturally die back as the plant grows. These should be carefully removed, to maintain a tidy appearance.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.

Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.
