Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
This hardy Geranium produces masses of deep veined violet flowers above velvety green leaves. An RHS AGM winner, the leaves of this clump-forming hardy perennial turn a beautiful red for a short time in autumn. Geranium x magnificum is perfect for planting in beds and borders where it will require little maintenance. Like all Cranesbills, this variety is attractive to bees and many other pollinating insects.

1 bare root geranium (11990)

Plant hardy geraniums in a sunny or shaded position on any well drained soil.
Water regularly until fully established. Remove old foliage and faded flower stems throughout the growing season to promote continuous fresh growth. In autumn, cut the foliage back completely. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure to the base of the plant in spring. Lift and divide hardy geranium plants every third year to maintain their vigour.
