Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
Lovely lilac-blue flowers with a contrasting maroon centre appear in abundance on this deciduous shrub from late summer through to October. Despite its tropical looks, Hibiscus syriacus 'Azurri' is fully hardy and provides glorious, long-lasting colour when many other plants have peaked. Although late to come into leaf in spring, the three-lobed, deep green leaves make an excellent foil for summer-flowering perennials. Great for sunny borders and requiring little maintenance, this beautiful Rose Mallow is a reliable addition to any garden. Height: 3m (10'). Spread: 2m (6.5').

1 x 3.5 Litre Potted Plant (62046)

Plant hibiscus in rich fertile, reliably moist, well drained soil, and situated in full sun. When growing hibiscus plants in patio containers use a soil based compost, such as John Innes No.3.
Feed and water regularly. As plants increase in size they will require repotting into increasingly larger pots. Prune Hibiscus in late spring by shaping the plant and removing any damaged or dead stems. Hibiscus is often one of the last shrubs in the garden to break bud, so be patient with plants that appear to have died over winter - they may just be dormant still!
