Giving the Laburnum anagyroides a space in your garden will guarantee a dignified splash of colour every spring when its golden-yellow flowers blossom. Their dripping beauty accounts for the common name of Golden Rain and they are accompanied by a fragrant scent and succeeded by silvery pods. This deciduous tree's spreading foliage ensures that the Laburnum looks equally appealing in the summer, autumn and winter, making it ideal to grow as a specimen with appeal all year round. Its appearance is matched by its practicality, for the tree is robust and grows quickly. Some parts of this tree are poisonous. Height: 8m (26'); Spread: 8m (26').
