Iris pseudacorus provides tall stems topped with golden flowers that are loved by pollinating insects. Acorus calamus 'Argenteostriatus' creates an elegant clump of variegated foliage, while Pontederia cordata, provides heart shaped foliage and purple flower spikes.

Empty the soil mix into the aquatic planting basket, and plant the bareroots so that the growing point sits just below the soil surface. Cover the surface of the soil with the gravel to hold the compost in place. It is recommended that the planting basket is gently submerged in a bucket of water to allow the compost to become completely soaked through. This will allow any loose compost to float to the surface before you position it in the main planting bowl. Place the planting bowl in its final position - choose a sunny or lightly shaded spot. Transfer the planting basket to the bowl and then gently fill with water.

Keep the planting bowl topped up with water at all times. The perennials in this collection will need dividing and repotting each spring to maintain their vigour.

Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £6.99.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £7.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
