Description How to Grow Delivery

The Carolina Reaper Chilli Pepper was bred in South Carolina by crossing a Habanero Chilli with a Ghost Chilli Pepper making this the hottest in the world as rated by the Guinness Book of records. With an insanely hot 2.2 million Scoville please handle these with extra care and delicacy as these are not to be messed with. Before the heat kicks in there is a blend of chocolate, cinnamon and fruity flavours making these not only the hottest but tasty too. Each Chilli will grow slightly differently but the majority will have a scorpion tale point to it. Once they have turned red these can be picked, but please be sure to wear gloves when handling and never touch your eyes without washing your hands after handling them. Height 70cm (28”).

Supplied as peat free plugs/9cm pots.

For the best performance, a greenhouse is the perfect home for the chilli plant. It can still produce a good crop though in a sunny but sheltered location. Always give it time to adjust to its new environment. Be sure the soil it moist, if not leave it to soak in 5mm of water for between 5 to 10 minutes or until the top of the soil is moist.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
