It has a dense growth habit and responds well to clipping, making an excellent evergreen hedge. Alternatively this Cherry Laurel also makes a superb specimen shrub, where you can appreciate the upright spikes of white flowers in spring, which attract pollinating insects. Coping well with full sun or heavy shade, Prunus laurocerasus 'Etna' is a versatile and low maintenance shrub for any garden and has been awarded an RHS AGM. Height: 2.5m (8'). Spread: 2m (6.5').

Water Prunus plants regularly until fully established. Prune Cherry Laurel in late spring after flowering to remove any damaged or misplaced shoots and contain the plant within its allotted space.
