An intriguing Umbrella Plant that is grown on porous lava rock enabling it to absorb the water and nutrients it needs straight from the stone. This well loved variety boasts palmate evergreen foliage and shows off its roots, making it a fantastic focal point! This Schefflera comes in its own individual chunk of lava rock which is mounted in a durable black stone tray. The ideal centerpiece for your table at home! Height supplied: 30cm (12”) including lava rock. Tray dimensions (L x W x H): 17.5cm x 10cm x 2.5cm. Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.

Position in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators, with a constant temperature above 16C (60F). Choose a bright position in good light, but away from the glare of very strong sun, which may scorch the leaves and dry out the roots during hot weather.

This plant is grown on porous lava rock which must be kept constantly moist to prevent the roots from drying out. On delivery, fill the tray with water and keep it permanently topped up. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth. Add liquid fertiliser to the water once a month.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
