There are so many different succulents to choose from, but few that look quite like this! Long slender stems are strung with bead-like foliage that cascades downwards, giving it the common name of Senecio 'String of Pearls'. This sensational plant is endlessly fascinating, and makes a superb choice for an indoor hanging basket or a high shelf where it can freely spill from its pot. This drought tolerant house plant loves a bright, warm location in a prominent position where it can be truly admired. Trails to: 50cm (20"). Spread: 20cm (8").

Position in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators, with a constant temperature above 16C (60F). Choose a bright position in full sun.

Senecio requires only occasional watering. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings and allow the pot to drain well. Avoid leaving Senecio in standing water as this will cause stem rot. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
