One of the most popular types of tomato to grow in British gardens is Tomato 'Moneymaker', which first become popular in the 1960s. Loved for its reliability, and ability to provide a long season crop of delicious tomatoes, that can be used in salads and sandwiches. The tomatoes it produces are medium sized and uniform, with a reliable tasty flavour. It can be grown in a greenhouse, or in a sunny part of the garden, such as a planter on the decking, or in a south facing vegetable patch. Height: 200cm (79"). Spread: 50cm (20").
