Description How to Grow Delivery

Hardy Tradescantia are useful clump-forming border plants with unusual 3-petalled flowers produced over a long period, nestled amongst long, sword-shaped evergreen leaves. A new breakthrough in spiderwort breeding, Tradescantia 'JS® Brainstorm' produces masses of vivid violet blooms continuously over an astonishing six months – longer than any other variety. Contrasting yellow stamens add to the eye-catching display. This easy-care perennial is versatile, low-maintenance and hardy down to -30C. Height: 50cm (20in). Spread: 40cm (16in).

Grow hardy Tradescantia in moist but well-drained, fertile soil in sun or part shade. Cut back spent flower stems to stimulate reblooming and fresh new growth.
