Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
Anemone hybrida 'Queen Charlotte' is a beautiful Japanese anemone which fills the mid to late summer garden with elegance from August through to October. The charming pale pink flowers with their multiple petals are held above the lush green, vine-like foliage where they waft in the breeze on strong, wiry stems. These hardy perennials are perfect towards the back of the border and they thrive in both sun and partial shade. This is a great plant for providing ground cover too because Anemone 'Queen Charlotte' gradually spreads to form attractive, semi-evergreen clumps. Height: 90cm (3'0"). Spread: 60cm (2'0").

Choose a sunny or semi shaded position in moist, well drained soil. Anemones prefer a fertile soil so work some well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.
Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season. In autumn, cut back any faded flowers and foliage. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of Anemones in late Autumn or Spring.
