Boost your late summer borders and patio pots with pops of tropical pink colour! Aster 'Bahamas' is a neat and compact Michaelmas Daisy from the ‘Island’ series, providing a delightful, free-flowering display of cerise pink blooms from August to October. Ideal for cottage gardens, wildlife gardens and containers, Aster novi-belgii 'Bahamas' also makes a cheerful cut flower, so you can enjoy this dazzling daisy indoors each autumn. Remember to leave some flowers for the pollinating insects who adore its late season nectar-rich blooms. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 45cm (18").

Plant Michaelmas Daisy plants into fertile, moist, well drained soil, and situate them in full sun or semi shade. Add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting.
Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded aster flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
