You can really make a statement with the silver veined foliage of Brunnera 'Alexanders Great' - they shout 'look at me' for all the right reasons. This particularly large leaved variety is wonderfully dramatic. It makes superb spreading ground cover, or why not grow it in a prominent container on your patio?

Flowering Months
In autumn, remove old foliage and faded Brunnera flowers. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost around the base of the plant in spring.
Brunnera plants enjoy a position in sun, semi shade or dappled shade. Siberian Biugloss prefers a well drained, moist, fertile soil. On drier soils, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or compost prior to planting and choose a shaded position.
