Chrysanthemum ‘Aluga White’ lifts up flagging autumn borders with masses of white, daisy like blooms. Blooming from early autumn for many weeks, the long-lasting flowers are about 6cm diameter with a yellowing centre and are held above well-branching mounds of dark green, aromatic foliage. The flowers have a long vase life and are excellent for cutting. Grow in borders or in patio containers where ‘Aluga White’ will provide interest until the very end of the season. RHS award winner. Height: 75cm (30in). Spread: 50cm (20").

Plant Chrysanthemums out in borders and containers in fertile, well drained soil. Choose a position in full sun.

Water regularly until hardy chrysanthemums are fully established. In late autumn the application of a deep mulch will help to protect the crowns of the plants over winter. Leave the flowered stems intact until spring as these will also offer some winter protection. In very cold areas overwinter plants in a greenhouse.
