Blooming from late summer to autumn, Chrysanthemum ‘Conella Orange’ lifts up flagging autumn borders with masses of double, daisy like, bronze-orange blooms held above well-branching mounds of dark green, aromatic foliage. The flowers have a long vase life and are excellent for cutting. Grow as a bedding plant in borders or patio containers where ‘Conella Oranget’ will provide constant colour until the very end of the season. Height: 45-60cm (18in-24in). Spread: 30-90cm (12-36in).

Plant Chrysanthemums out in borders and containers in fertile, well drained soil. Choose a position in full sun.

Water regularly until hardy chrysanthemums are fully established. In late autumn the application of a deep mulch will help to protect the crowns of the plants over winter. Leave the flowered stems intact until spring as these will also offer some winter protection. In very cold areas overwinter plants in a greenhouse.
