Cortaderia selloana Duo

Cortaderia selloana Duo comprises two spectacular Pampas grasses, one with classic white plumes and the other with rosy pink plumes.

Pampas Grass is a super tough, long-lasting garden plant, which will almost look after itself. Forming dense clumps of stiff, evergreen foliage, it is perfect for filling a gap in a border, offering year-round interest. In August, spectacular flower plumes appear, creating luminous lighting effects when backlit as well as lending texture and strong architecture to border displays. The flowers also make a lovely addition to cut flower arrangements, either fresh or dried.

Cortaderia selloana Duo contains the following varieties:

• Cortaderia selloana ‘White’: Shimmering plumes of feathery, white seed heads on sturdy stalks which rise above the extremely tough foliage. Height 1.5m (5ft) and Spread: 1.2m (4ft).
• Cortaderia selloana 'Rosea' - Arching grass with sharply toothed, bluey-green leaves, above which gorgeous pink spikelets appear. Height: 2m (6.5ft). Spread: 150cm (4.9ft).
