Doronicum 'Little Leo' is a compact, hardy daisy that produces a mass of bright yellow flowers from spring to late summer. The blooms are held over green, heart-shaped foliage. Pot up Doronicum plugs and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outdoors. Grow Doronicum plants in moist, humous rich, well drained soil. Choose a position in partial or dappled shade. In wet soils Doronicum may be prone to root rot, especially over the cold, winter months. Improve wet soils prior to planting by adding plenty of grit and well rotted organic matter.

Deadhead faded flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of Leopard’s Bane in autumn.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
