This low-growing perennial is perfect for those awkward, exposed locations. Relishing the sea air and the sun, you'll often find the Erigeron glaucus 'Sea Breeze' around the coasts of southern Britain. With its blue-grey leaves and striking, purple-pink, daisy-like flowers, this gorgeous plant will flower all through the summer. The Erigeron glaucus 'Sea Breeze' is easy to grow and will self-seed into the unlikeliest corners and crevices - even cascading over the tops of stone walls. When the flowers eventually die back, you'll be left with a delightful mat of evergreen foliage. Height: 30cm (12"). Spread: 45cm (18")

1 x 3 Litre Potted Plant (KF8358)

Erigeron plants enjoy a sunny position on fertile, light, well drained soil. They particularly dislike wet winter soils. On heavy soils improve drainage by adding some grit and plenty of well rotted compost to the soil prior to planting.
Deadhead faded Erigeron flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. Erigeron plants can be cut back to ground level to maintain a compact plant. Lift and divide overcrowded plants in spring.
