Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
As superb perennial with vigorous trailing stems cloaked with evergreen foliage, Heucherella 'Redstone Falls' combines the best traits of its Heuchera and Tiarella parents. Copper-pink spring foliage matures to a fabulous tapestry of red, orange and gold tones by autumn, with loose panicles of creamy-white flowers adding extra interest in summer. X Heucherella 'Redstone Falls' is an unusual perennial that deserves to be more widely used in gardens. Plant in containers, hanging baskets and window boxes to make the most of its spreading stems, allowing them to spill over in a colourful, year-round display. Or plant en masse in borders, to create a dense ground cover. Height: 25cm (10"). Spread: 35cm (14").

Culinary information: Some parts of these flowers are edible. Click here for more details about edible flowers.

Heucherella plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging. Plant them in a moist, well drained soil, adding compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position in full sun or semi shade. Grow Heucherella in borders for ground cover or grow them as trailing plants in patio containers, baskets and window boxes.
Feed, water and weed between plants regularly until they are fully established. Apply mulch of well rotted manure around the crown of each plant in autumn or spring. Lift and divide clumps of Heucherella every 3 years in autumn to maintain vigorous, healthy growth.
