Every sunny border needs a Shasta Daisy! Leucanthemum x superbum 'Snow Lady' is a compact but vigorous variety that is ideal for the front of the border or containers. A profusion of single white daisy flowers with yellow centres are produced above the dark green toothed foliage in summer, blooming over a long period with regular deadheading. Attractive to butterflies, Shasta Daisies are tough and reliable herbaceous perennials that are untroubled by pests and diseases and thrive in all soils including heavy clays. Height: 30-50cm (12-20in). Spread: 30cm (12in).

Grow Shasta Daisies in any moist, well drained soil in sunny or semi shaded borders.
Feed and water regularly until plants are established. Deadhead faded leucanthemum flowers throughout summer to promote a constant supply of fresh blooms. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of shasta daisy in spring or late summer, after flowering. Reduce the old stems to ground level in autumn.
