An extra special selection from our Nasturtium Troika series. Luminous yellow blooms, dotted with scarlet-red demand attention in border, baskets and containers, bringing a touch of fun to your summer flower displays. These easy to grow flower seeds can even be sown directly into your hanging baskets and patio pots - container gardening doesn’t get much easier than that! Height: 30cm (12in). Spread: 100cm (39in).

Culinary note: The peppery flavour of the leaves and colourful flowers will enrich salads and the unripe seeds can used like capers – delicious combined with cream cheese or butter in canapés. For more details about edible flowers click here.

1 Packet (20 Seeds) (75004)

Sow outdoors where they are to flower. Before sowing, prepare the ground well by raking until the soil is fine and crumbly and remove any large stones. Sow 20mm (3/4") deep, in rows 30cm (12") apart, or scatter seed in beds or borders as a gap filler and lightly cover over.

Thin out the plants when the seedlings are large enough to handle, to about 23cm (9") apart.

Water regularly until plants are fully established. Once established, Nasturtiums require little attention.
