What could be nicer than a display of pansies from Autumn right through to spring? Pansy 'Autumn Blaze Mixed' will arrive as large, healthy garden-ready plug plants that will provide autumn shades of yellow, russet and orange to brighten up borders, containers and baskets. They'll be happy in sun or semi shade. Height: 20cm (8"). Spread: 25cm (10").

Culinary information: Some parts of these flowers are edible. The crystallised petals are great decorations for cakes and cookies, or they can be added straight to green salads for an injection of colour. For more details about edible flowers click here.

Gradually acclimatise pansies to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days prior to planting in their final positions. For pansy plants received in the spring, only plant out once all risk of frost has passed. Grow viola plants in full sun or semi shade in moist, well drained soil.

Feed and water frequently, but take care not to overwater in winter as this can cause root damage should the compost freeze. Deadhead faded pansy flowers before they set seed to prolong the flowering period.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
