Description How to Grow More Info Delivery

The phlox Flame series are compact, bushy, mildew-resistant varieties that are ideal for small beds and containers. Phlox paniculata ‘Lilac Flame’ produces fragrant clouds of vivid pinkish-red flowers from midsummer through to autumn, providing valuable colour at a time when many summer-flowering perennials are coming to an end. Phlox are a cottage garden staple, giving a long-lasting display whilst not minding whether they are in full sun or part shade, and thriving in even heavy clay soils. They are a magnet for butterflies. Height: 40cm (16in). Spread: 30cm (12in).

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
