Description How to Grow More Info Delivery

If you are looking for a low maintenance shrub that offers a long season of colour, you can’t go wrong with Potentilla fruticosa 'Katherine Dykes'. This shrubby potentilla is one of the longest flowering of all shrubs. Masses of primrose yellow, saucer-shaped flowers, about 2cm across, cover Potentilla fruticosa 'Katherine Dykes' from late spring to autumn, against a background of small, mid-green leaves. It thrives in well drained, sunny borders, including those on poor soil. Slightly taller than other varieties, it also works well as an informal hedge along a boundary or edging a pathway. Height: 1.2m (4ft). Spread: 1m (3.2ft).

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
