Rosemary is undemanding and requires little aftercare. Prune lightly in late spring to maintain an attractive shape.

Culinary note: Rosemary goes well with lamb and chicken. Add Rosemary to tomato soup and stews. Rosemary tea is said to help headaches, colic and colds.

Grow Rosemary plants in any well drained soil in full sun at a distance of 60cm (2”) apart. Pot up Rosemary plants and grow them on in cool, bright conditions until large enough to plant outdoors.
