Gradually acclimatise Rudbeckia plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days and transplant into borders. Choose a position in sun or semi shade on heavy, well drained, fertile soil. Add some well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting. Firm the Coneflower plant into the ground and water well to settle the soil.In autumn, remove old foliage and faded flower stems. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost around the base of the plant in spring.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
