Scabiosa japonica ‘Ritz Blue’ is a dwarf scabious producing pincushion flowers in a beautiful shade of soft lilac-blue. Flowering all summer and into autumn, this compact variety is ideal for containers, rockeries and border edges, thriving in a sunny, free-draining spot and showing good drought tolerance once established. Like most scabious, this alpine form is a magnet for butterflies and other pollinators. Height and spread: 20cm (8in).
