Description How to Grow More Info Delivery
A low maintenance perennial that is a striking addition to any cottage garden large border. Verbascum olympicum rockets to up to 2 metres in height, with buttery yellow flower spikes, growing from a basal foliage of silver, felted leaves. It tends to bloom in it's third year then dies after that. However, it is a vigorous self-seeder which means other new plants can grow alongside it, ready to carry on producing massive summer displays of colour in following years. It grows well in poor soils, where many other plants would struggle to establish. Height: 2m (6.6'). Spread: 60m (24").
