Giant Fuchsia 'Cecile' produces masses of stunning large, ruffled blooms with fold upon fold of lavender-purple petals and complimentary light pink sepals. From July to November these extraordinary Fuchsia flowers are produced in profusion. The cascading habit of Fuchsia 'Cecile' lends itself to hanging baskets, patio containers and window boxes, where the flower-laden stems can arch over beautifully. Happy in sun or semi-shade trailing Fuchsias are an excellent summer bedding plant for cool, shadier patios. Stems trail to 40cm (16").

Culinary information: Add the beautiful coloured flowers to salads, crystallise them for a sweet garnish or add them to jellies for an extra splash of colour. For more details about edible flowers click here.

When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise fuchsia plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days. Choose a sunny or semi shaded site for their final position.

Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded fuchsia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on.
