Nepeta 'Patchwork Mixed' combines a lovely blend of large pink and purple flower spikes which stand proud of the aromatic foliage. These dwarf catmints have an informal, spreading habit and are perfectly at home in cottage garden borders, beds or patio containers where they will spill gently over the sides. The sturdy blooms are also attractive to bees and make wonderful cut flowers. Height and spread: 40cm (16").Garden Ready Plants - If you’ve fallen behind with your planting or if greenhouse space is limited, we can help you catch up with our garden-ready plug plants. These sturdy plants are larger than other plugs so they can be planted straight out in the garden provided that there are no forecasts of frost. Perfect for filling containers, baskets and borders without the need for growing on.

Pot up cat mint plugs into 9cm pots and grow them on in frost free conditions for transplanting later on. When plants are well grown acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days prior to planting them in their final positions. Grow nepeta plants in any moist, well drained soil in full sun. Garden Ready plug plants can be planted straight out in the garden provided that there are no forecasts of frost.Feed and water cat mint plants regularly. Cut back faded flower stems to encourage more Nepeta flowers to be produced.Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.

Van Meuwen strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting.
